Quarantine Zones & Falling Back

Day 2 into outbreak, the military got involved quarantining certain areas to gather information about how the virus spreads. They utilized citizens in these zones for information for their own benefit more than the citizens. They also held classified information related to the RES-408 virus which was labeled "Operation: Resurrection" or as some others called it "The End of Days" and the purpose of this classified documents was to assist the government and military for coming up with a defense and containment plan.

Unfortunately their plan never worked, some members in the quarantined zones started to get sick with an influenza. Realizing that they had not been bit or infected, everyone assumed they would get over it. Unfortunately, that was not the case. One person died from the sickness, moments later coming back and started biting others eventually it led to the spread of the RES-408 throughout the entire camp. These camps being overrun led to the military retreating and falling back to main headquarters where they initiated a final plan of dropping napalm in the cities in the interest of preventing the RES-408 from spreading to other towns.

By the end of the day, the quarantined zones were overran and what was left of the military was retreated back to Fort Zancudo for their final plan of contamination.
