Signing The Final Bill & Preparations

On March 10, 2017, the president had signed an approval to conduct experimentation on chosen prisoners from the Bolingbroke Penitentiary at the Humane Labs, which was heavily guarded by Merryweather Security. These experiments consisted of trying to mix a Chimp's DNA with Human DNA to see if they both had similar characteristics. In the case that the patient were to "die", they decided to put RES-408 fluid to the test.

RES-408 was a designation for Resurrection or to bring back from the dead, designed specifically for the DNA Comparison experimentation.
