Liberty City & Windham

Over in Liberty City and Windham (GTA's version of Chicago) the national guard was deployed and city wide curfew's were being strictly enforced as this unknown virus began to plague the streets.

Bob Duncan, a well known person in the city of Windham was on his way home from the store when the military suddenly stopped him and pulled him out of his car and began checking him for any fever's, bite marks, etc. The man was eventually cleared and told to stay indoors.

San Andreas

Meanwhile in San Andreas Weazel News reported to the public of a strange virus circulating around and they reported that the death toll was skyrocketing throughout major parts of the country.
