Sleep/Spawn camping is the intent of staying at or near a spawnpoint or scenario ped of a player who is asleep for the benefit of having an instant interaction or forced RP scenario.

Staying at or near a sleeping player ped to wait for them to wake up (Join the server)
Staying at or near a spawnpoint such as a safezone to kill or force an interaction upon another player
