Base Raiding

Base Raiding classifies as an attack and should be approved by Staff beforehand. You can read more on this here

In order to raid any base, the following prerequisites have to be fulfilled:

  • Base Raiding Specific Initiation consists of 5 to 15 minutes of back and forth conversation over radio that makes clear an attack is inbound, or hostilities have been stated (not the same for interpersonal initiation).

  • A hostile raid on a base requires defendants. Blowing someone's gates up when they're offline classifies as Offline Raiding and is considered Fail RP. This includes robbing items and vehicles, but excludes other forms of RP that engage with world building such as placing scenes, or anything that doesn't directly harm assets.

    • Needs to be at least 3 defenders and no more than double the amount of attackers, same criteria for attacks

Regulations and Concessions

  • Can only take up to 50% of each resource (items/materials/zync)

  • Can only take 5 imported weapons, 10 base game weapons, with a maximum of 15 weapons total, if practicable.

    • Otherwise resort to taking only 50% of all weapons

  • Can only take vehicles that can be commandeered by the robbers, and these have to be unlocked via compliance to Fear RP

  • Attacking immediately after making a radio broadcast is from now on considered a minor offense.

    • Slandering on radio configures as initiation but the interactions must take at least 5 minutes, and they're only valid for 30 subsequent minutes, meaning that radio hostilities must be redone after that time has elapsed.

  • Showing resistance while in a hostage situation can warrant a CK.

    • After 3 instances of non-compliance or silence

    • Attempting to run away

    • Fighting back physically

    • P.S. CK is a weapon in the hands of whoever has control of the Fear RP scenario. Its usage is ultimately under their control after the fulfillment of these conditions, which means they could use it immediately or not use it at all.

  • Refusal to comply to Fear RP is now considered Fail RP.

  • Maximum hostage timer is 30 minutes from the moment the victims get ziptied, unless if the victims agree to continue the scenario OOCly as hostages or is practicable to do so

Punishments

  1. Faction Strike + RP Restriction between both groups

  2. Another Faction Strike + 2 week RP restriction and revocation of official status

  3. Removal/blacklist of the faction breaking the rules
